There are two types of restaurants:
- One that consistently serves the same type of food, day in - day out. Quality, Consistency, and Diligent Work are the key ingredients in their success.
- Second type constantly scans the environment to pick cues about what the customer loves to have that day. It tweaks the recipe, the presentation, and also the process to deliver unique experiences.
Both have a purpose and a place in this world.
