In my consulting practice, I work with organizations from diverse fields. Irrespective of the industry, all aspire to scale up rapidly. Speed thus becomes an essential element for every organization to internalize. We, therefore, need a framework that could be applied across industries for speeding up the processes. This series of blogs shall cover all aspects of making an organization faster.
Speed, the way I use the word in these blogs, is not the same as haste. Haste is doing things without forethought and without an endpoint in mind. Speed is reaching the goal in the least possible time by eliminating the roadblocks and solving critical problems along the way.
The framework is based on my personal experience in dealing with many clients. It is also founded on the knowledge from several areas like Lean Manufacturing, Design Thinking, Agile & Scrum, Six Sigma. So, here is the framework.
