Every year we make resolutions.
By the end of January, most of them fizzle out. Our intentions are right. However, we do not have a framework to accomplish them. We decided to act on this challenge. The Daily Subsay routine was born.
Here are some of the highlights of the program:
8-minute sessions, five days per week.

Start time 5.30 am!
Topics covered: Journaling, Getting Things Done, 6 Habits of High Performers, Atomic Habits
40 participants registered for the program (15-20 actively attended it)
Mode: Online Sessions on Skype
Each topic was made practical. A template was provided to record observations, set goals, and plan actions.
Deliverables: A clear plan with small daily routines and tasks to accomplish the larger goals.
People attended the session from 3 continents (North America, Europe (for a while), and Asia (Of course).
The energy of the group persisted despite all the challenges faced on a day-to-day basis. We are so motivated that we shall begin a new session in January. We shall have 21 sessions of guided meditation (Anapanapati Sutra).
We have got off the block flying. 2023 will be the best year of our life.

PS: A motivated sub-group created the 5K Club. The members walk/run for 45 minutes every day. They record this on Strava. For every missed day, they pay Rs.5000 to charity. Find our Club on Strava.
