Very few business communications need to be entirely conclusive. Yet, most communication happens with an aim of fully explaining our point of view and closing the case! This approach inhibits discussions. It prevents us to move forward.
Communication is meant to open doors, not shut them.
Let us make each communication a mini-milestone in the long journey. It should be an ongoing process of giving and taking and not a one-way street!
